If you have any complaints about sportset.com, we want to hear from as we wish to continually improve our service. Please email us (sales@sportset.com) and we will consider your comments carefully. We promise to answer your complaint within 5 days. In the event of a dispute, Sportset is governed by the law of England.

All images and information contained within this web site are subject to Sportset copyright or that of SPORTSET's suppliers and partners and may not under any circumstances be copied for use by any third party without SPORTSET's explicit permission in writing.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or any other country, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK Pounds from your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and other Debit Cards. You will be informed by email if the product you require is no longer available, or in the case of Backordered items, asked if you wish to wait or cancel your order. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, by post or over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

All orders are accepted subject to product availability. Should we not be in a position to supply the product within 14 days we will contact you to let you know when it can be expected. You will then have the choice of waiting for the goods, accepting an alternative, or cancelling the order. Sportset will not be liable either directly or indirectly for any costs associated with product availability other than described above.

Orders for despatch to the EU will be charged at £7. Other International orders £10.

For you and your credit card protection you may be required to produce identification on delivery. Current UK credit card rules dictate that deliveries can only be made to the billing address of the credit card holder.

In the unlikely event that an item is defective, please notify us and return the item as instructed, we will refund second class postage or appropriate fee for the return. A replacement item will then be dispatched. In the event you wish to cancel the order a full no-quibble refund including handling charges will be made.

EXCHANGES

We will exchange goods within 7 days (except made to order clothing) handling fee £2 Shoes and £1 other items, the fee can be charged automatically to your credit card under your instruction. ENCLOSE YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE and follow the returns document delivered with your order, MAKE SURE YOU OBTAIN A RECEIPT OF POSTING, this will not cost you any extra (Covers goods to the value of £24).

CANCELLATION

We will offer you a no-quibble refund (less handling charges) on goods which do not meet your expectations returned to us in original condition within 7 days of delivery, before returning any goods please notify us. NO refunds can be accepted on made to order products. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you select remember me in the order process, this would include using a "cookie" which is stored on your browser, the information collected in this way is used by the web site to recognise you. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening, or simply un-check the remember me box.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: Your name, Address, Phone number, Email address and credit/debit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We will use every effort to ensure that the information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

In the unlikely event that an item is defective, please notify us within 7 days and return the item as instructed and we will refund the postage* .. A replacement item will then be dispatched. In the event you wish to cancel the order a full no-quibble refund including postal charges* will be made.

NB: *refers to second class post rates which should be used for all returns.

EXCHANGES

Should you for any reason be unsatisfied with any of our standard products, we offer to refund or replace them within 7 days (except made to order goods). We reserve the right to accept returned products if they are not received by us unused, in good condition and in their original packaging.
